      I started my real estate career after more than twenty-two years in restaurant and retail management.

      My area of expertise is in primary, secondary and investment homes  on the Outer Banks of Dare County.  I specialize in Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head.  However I am skilled throughout Dare County.

      My fifteen years of living here and owning a home on the Outer Banks gives me a unique perspective for those wishing to own property here on the beach.

      Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest and most important decisions one can undertake.  Someone who understands and possesses the knowledge and ability to represent their client is an asset.

      “Leveling the playing field” Having someone to look after your interest in any Real Estate transaction is essential, especially if the other side is represented.

      By having representation, my clients are afforded the knowledge and capability of a fully licensed agent by the state of North Carolina
